However, transfer deed(s) once lodged prior to deadline and returned due to de fi ciency in the document may be re-lodged for transfer even after the deadline of April 01, 2019 as per the clari fi cation made by SEBI vide PR No.:12/2019 dated Mar 27, 2019. Therefore, transfers in physical form for those shares are registered by the Registrar and share Transfer Agents immediately on receipt of completed documents and certi fi cates are issued within 7 days of date of lodgement of transfer. The Board has delegated the authority for approving transfer, transmission, etc. of the Company’s securities to the Vice Chairperson & Managing Director/Executive Director. A summary of transfer/ transmission of securities of the Company so approved by the Vice Chairperson &Managing Director/ Executive Director are placed at every Stakeholder’s Relationship Committee. The Company obtains from a Company Secretary in Practice half- yearly certi fi cate of compliance with the share transfer formalities as required under Regulation 40(9) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirement) Regulations 2015 and fi les a copy of the said certi fi cate with Stock Exchanges.
