Brief outline on CSR Policy of the Company The Board of Directors has adopted a CSR policy to enable the Company to carry-out CSR activities in one or more than one activities mentioned in the Schedule VII to the Companies Act, 2013. The CSR initiatives of the Company are mainly focused in education, healthcare, environment, relief, disaster management etc. and Covid-19 related activities as permitted by the law. The projects undertaken during the Financial Year 2021-22 were within the broad framework of Schedule VII to the Companies Act, 2013.
