At Heritage Foods Limited internal complaints committees are constituted for redressing the issues related to human rights. The Company is committed to a workplace free of harassment, including sexual harassment at the workplace, and has zero tolerance for such unacceptable conduct. The Company encourages reporting of any harassment concerns and is responsive to complaints about harassment or other unwelcome or offensive conduct. The Internal complaints Committees are constituted across locations to enquire into complaints of sexual harassment and to recommend appropriate action, wherever required. 6. Under this policy, disclosures can bemade confidentially, allowing individuals to raise concerns without revealing their identity if they prefer. The Company understands the importance of confidentiality in fostering a safe and secure environment for whistleblowers and encourages open communication without the fear of retaliation 8.
