This framework is designed to identify, assess, and mitigate various risks that could potentially impact the Company’s operations, reputation, or stakeholders. By proactively identifying potential hazards and vulnerabilities, the Company takes appropriate measures to minimize the likelihood and impact of detrimental events. The risk management framework encompasses a systematic approach to risk identification, analysis, evaluation, and mitigation. It involves the active involvement of key stakeholders, the implementation of preventive measures, and the establishment of contingency plans to address potential risks effectively. 8.
