(Yes/No) Yes, the Company has dedicated teams within its Human Resources Department at the various operating facilities, which is tasked with addressing any human rights concerns that may arise. . 5. At Heritage Foods internal complaints committees are constituted for redressing the issues related to human rights. The Company is committed to a workplace free of harassment, including sexual harassment at the workplace, and has zero tolerance for such unacceptable conduct. The Company encourages reporting of any harassment concerns and responsive to complaints about harassment or other unwelcome or offensive conduct. The Internal complaints Committees are constituted across locations to enquire into complaints of sexual harassment and to recommend appropriate action, wherever required. The Company also provides training and resources to all employees on human rights and encourages a culture of respect and inclusion. Regular assessments and audits are also conducted to monitor compliance with our human rights policies and to identify any areas for improvement. 6.
