Brief outline on CSR Policy of the Company The Board of Directors has adopted a CSR policy to enable the Company to carry out CSR activities in one or more activities mentioned in the Schedule VII to the Companies Act, 2013 as amended from time to time. The CSR initiatives of the Company are mainly focused on education, healthcare, environment, relief, disaster management etc. The projects undertaken during the Financial Year 2023-24 were within the broad framework of Schedule VII to the Companies Act, 2013.
