Steps to prepare Dahi Sandwiches
- Hang the curd for around 2 hours in a muslin cloth
- Take the hung curd in a bowl and add grated carrots, fine chopped capsicum, fine chopped cabbage, spring onions, black pepper powder, dried herbs, minced garlic, chilly flakes & salt and mmix well
- The filling for the sandwich is ready
- Now take two slices of bread and spread some butter
- Put some fresh lettuce leaves on the buttered side of one slice. Top it with some generous amount of curd filling and cover it with the other slice of bread
- Cut it serve it with chutney / ketchup
